Thanksgiving Weekend

Well we made it through Thanksgiving weekend!! We have had a really good time. Thursday we spent the day with my family in Gainesboro. There was around 30 people at my sister's house and we ate and ate and ate. I would have to say that the ham was my favorite!! I have always been partial to my Aunt Jo's ham. We headed back home around 4 and took it easy the rest of the night. Friday, we woke up early and spent the morning together and then his parents came around 2:00. We had a good time with them while they were in. They brought their dog, Rocky, to see how he would do in case they needed to bring him when the baby was born and everything went fine. Jon's parents brought us another Thanksgiving meal and it was wonderful. We enjoyed ham (again my favorite) casseroles, dressing, vegetables, desserts and so much more. They really went over the top. We got to enjoy it all again on Saturday for lunch. Needless to say, we haven't went without food or family the last few days. We are both very thankful for our families and all that we are blessed with. Now we only have about 3 more weeks until our due date, so hopefully we will add 1 more to our blessed family soon!!
